What this portal is for
Vertically Connect is a setup portal used by Vertically (“we”, “us”) to onboard roofing contractors (“you”) onto Vertically's automated lead-response system. Access is by private invite link only.
What we collect
- Business info: name, logo, brand colors, phone, mailing address, website, license/insurance text
- Pricing info used to calculate quotes for your customers
- Lead-handling preferences: alert email addresses, lead sources, website platform
- Your sending mailbox connection (see below)
- Domain information, if you connect a custom subdomain
Your mailbox connection — exactly what it's for
When you connect a Google, Microsoft 365, or other email account, we use that connection only to send quote, follow-up, and review-request emails on your behalf, as part of the automated system you're setting up. We never read, search, or store the contents of your inbox. The access we request is send-only. You can disconnect your mailbox at any time from this portal, which immediately revokes our ability to send on your behalf.
How we store your data
Your submission is stored in our automation system. Mailbox credentials and any passwords are encrypted before storage and are never visible to us in plain text, logged, or committed anywhere. Only Vertically staff administering your account can view your submission.
Data retention & deletion
We keep your information for as long as you're an active Vertically client. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by contacting us below, and we'll remove it within a reasonable period, except where we're required to keep records for legal or accounting reasons.
